Yes. Sala's career center module can be deployed as a standalone product for independent career centers, NGO employment programs, and government workforce development units — not just as part of a university deployment. Students register directly, employers post jobs, and the career center team manages everything from one dashboard.

Can employers post jobs directly, or does everything go through a coordinator?

Employers get their own login and can post vacancies, set requirements, and shortlist applicants directly. The coordinator can review and approve postings before they go live if you want moderation — or allow trusted employers to post immediately. This removes the coordinator bottleneck that slows down most career centers.

Yes. The Sala dashboard generates placement reports by cohort, programme, and employer sector — exactly the format donors, TVET ministry reporting, and accreditation bodies typically need. If you have a specific report template required by a funder or ministry, share it with us during onboarding and we'll align the output format before go-live.

Does Hero AI work in Khmer?

Yes. Hero AI supports Khmer, English, and Malay. Students can complete their assessment and read their career match results in their preferred language. For Cambodian TVET students who are not confident in English, Khmer-language support is essential for real engagement. We built this in from the start, not as a translation afterthought.
